Thermostatic Cartridge

A very sensitive SMA spring in the thermostatic cartridge will quickly and precisely response to water temperature and move toadjust the proportion between cold/hot water and maintain the desired thermostatic effects. Technical Data: 1.Working pressure: 0.1-1MPa (A protectionvalve shall be applied if the pressure of water supply exceeds 0.5 MPa). 2.Inlet water temperature range: Cold water:4-29 Celsius. Hot water; 55-85Celsius (A temperature range from 55-70 Celsius is recommended) 3.Outlet water temperature range:20-49 Celsius 4.Set up temperature: When the temperature of outlet water is set at 38(or40) and the temperature or pressure ofthe inlet cold/hot water changes in a certain range, the temperature of outlet water will be maintained at 38±2 Celsius(or 40±2 Celsius) 5.Safety: In case the cold water supply falls suddenly, the cartridge will shut off the outlet water in theshower head immediately and completely. 6.Standards: EN1111, QB2806 or other equivalent standards are observed.
